Services
We take on the bigger jobs around a house, inside and out. Each one starts with a visit and a written estimate.
Kitchens, bathrooms and basements, from a refresh to a full gut and new layout.
More living space, built to match the house and tied in properly.
Roof replacement and repairs, with gutters that carry water away from the house.
New siding, trim, windows and exterior doors, flashed so water stays out.
New decks and porches, and rebuilds of tired ones, on proper footings.
Rot, storm damage, and ceilings or walls ruined by a leak, repaired properly.
How it works
Every project follows the same five steps, so you always know what comes next.

One person keeps you updated. Your home is protected and the site cleaned daily.

The way we work
These aren’t extras. They’re how we run every job.
You see what’s included, what isn’t, and what each part costs before you agree to anything.
One person runs your job from the first visit to the final walkthrough, and answers your questions.
Floors and furniture covered, dust kept to the work area, and everything tidied at the end of each day.
We apply for the permit and schedule the inspections, so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork.
We go over the finished job with you, list anything that needs attention, and finish it.
Our work
From a single room to the whole outside of the house.
Photos are representative of each project type.
Larger repairs
Once the water is stopped, we open things up, find out how far the damage goes, and rebuild it properly. You get photos and a written scope before repairs start.
Making an insurance claim? We can give you a written scope and photos to share with your insurer.

Read all questionsWe get back to you to talk through the job, then arrange a visit to see it. After the visit, you get a written estimate. Nothing is agreed until you’ve read it and said yes.
From what we see on the visit. Your estimate lists each part of the work. Anything you haven’t chosen yet, like tile or fixtures, is shown as an allowance so you know what’s assumed.
Older houses hide things: rot, old wiring, earlier repairs. If we find something, we stop, show you, and give you a written price before doing anything extra.
Usually, yes. We seal off the work area, protect the floors on the way in, and clean up every day. If staying isn’t practical for part of a job, we’ll tell you before it starts.
Yes. Where the work needs a permit, we apply for it and schedule the inspections. If part of the job needs a licensed electrician, plumber or HVAC technician, your estimate says which parts and how they’re handled.
